Is there a plan to make a version that is compatible with Gen 4 Glocks? I have the 20/20 already, but have wanted to add a red dot, and this option would be perfect instead of buying a new slide.

The PCH is not compatible with the 20/20N Stabilizer kit. If you want to add an optic on your stabilizer kit you'll need the Upper Rail or Glass Breaker.

This won't fit on your weapon with the Stabilizer installed. If you want to add optics to your Recover Tactical Stabilizer, you can use the UR20 Upper Rail.
