Requirements
- A valid EIN number & Reseller Certificate (or tax ID and equivalent Business Registration document for businesses outside the US.)
- You must sign our Dealer Contract.
Once you submit this form, your application will be considered for approval. If approved, you will receive a document signing request to sign the Dealer Contract. Once the contract is signed, your wholesale account will be activated.
