I use this drop leg with my HC11 for 1911 and it’s great! Attachment could not be easier and the compatibility is seamless. This system is sturdy for a drop leg, although as a drop leg it still has the fundamental issues that any drop leg has. However use at the range has given me no issues. The Velcro is very strong and I have no concerns of it coming loose. I have noticed some threads fraying but hitting them with a lighter has fixed that.
